General provisions

  1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) define the terms and conditions of services provided by Canna Med Pharma sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Solidarności 155/4, 00-877 Warsaw, KRS: 0001104367, NIP: 5273111445, REGON: 528551949, e-mail: kontakt@cannamed-pharma.pl. via the website located at www.cannamed-pharma.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
  2. The Service Provider uses the Website to provide services to B2B customers in the field of advisory, marketing, and consulting services related to products containing CBD and THC. Under no circumstances is the Website dedicated to providing services to individuals; in particular, the Website is not intended for the sale of products in a B2C relationship.
  3. The Terms and Conditions constitute the terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services referred to in the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended).
  4. The content of the Website, in particular texts and graphic symbols, is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by law.

General terms and conditions of service

  1. The Website is a tool for establishing business relationships in the field of services provided and in the area reserved exclusively for authorized persons as a portal for knowledge and exchange of knowledge and information for doctors.
  2. Medical consultations are provided by doctors and specialists cooperating with the Service Provider.
  3. The Website may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. In order to use the Website properly, the customer should have a computer or device with software installed that allows browsing websites and access to the Internet.
  5. Use of the Website is free of charge.
  6. Registration on the For Doctors portal takes place exclusively via the website https://cannamedical-pharma.pl and is intended to verify and eliminate persons who do not have the appropriate professional qualifications.
  7. In order to create a doctor’s account, the interested person provides the following personal data:
    • Primary place of employment
    • Doctor’s registration number
    • Address: street, postal code, city
    • Personal identification number
    • Mobile phone number
    • Email
    • Last name
    • First name
  8. The account is created for an indefinite period.
  9. In order to provide services properly, including ensuring contact with the doctor, the Service Provider will send short technical messages regarding the reservations made (in particular, confirmation of registration or a reminder about the event for which the doctor has signed up) to the email address and phone number provided by the doctor. For the avoidance of doubt, the messages referred to above do not constitute commercial information within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services.
  10. When using the Website, the doctor is obliged to refrain from any actions that may hinder or disrupt the functioning of the Website and to use the Website in a manner that is not burdensome for other users.

Liability

  1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused by the Doctor’s improper use of the Website, as well as for the consequences of third parties gaining access to the Doctor’s password and login, if this is the result of the Doctor’s negligence.
  2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the quality of telecommunications services provided by telecommunications operators through which the Doctor connects to the Internet in order to use the Website.
  3. The Doctor may discontinue use of the Website at any time.
  4. The Service Provider undertakes to provide services through the Website at the highest level. In the event of any technical problems related to the functioning of the Website, beyond the control of the Service Provider, which may result in an interruption in access to online events, the Service Provider shall ensure access to the event after its completion and available on the Service Provider’s servers.

Final provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are available at the following electronic address: www.cannamed-pharma.pl in an electronic version that can be obtained, reproduced, and stored using the ICT system used by the Doctor.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions if the need for such amendments results directly from a change in the law or in order to improve the quality of the services provided. Doctors will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting information about the changes on the Website. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective within 14 days of their publication in the manner described in the previous sentence.
  4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be excluded from these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  5. Any disputes arising from the implementation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the services provided shall be settled by the Parties in the first instance by mutual agreement. In the absence of such agreement, disputes shall be settled by a common court of law competent under the provisions of the Act of November 17, 1964, Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1822, as amended).
