General Provisions
- These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) define the terms and conditions for the provision of services by Canna Med Pharma sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, al. Solidarności 155/4, 00-877 Warsaw, KRS: 0001104367, NIP: 5273111445, REGON: 528551949, e-mail: kontakt@cannamed-pharma.pl, via the website located at www.cannamed-pharma.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
- The Service Provider, through the Website, provides advisory, marketing, and consulting services to B2B clients regarding products containing CBD and THC. Under no circumstances is the Website intended to provide services to individuals, and in particular, the Website is not intended for the sale of products in a B2C relationship.
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the regulations for the provision of electronic services, as referred to in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, as amended).
- The content of the Website, in particular texts and graphic symbols, is the property of the Service Provider and is legally protected.
General Terms and Conditions of Service
- The Website serves as a tool for establishing business relationships within the scope of the services provided and, in the part reserved exclusively for authorized persons, as a knowledge portal and a platform for exchanging knowledge and information for physicians.
- Medical consultations are provided by physicians and specialists cooperating with the Service Provider.
- The Website may be used only under the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
- To properly use the Website, the Customer must have a computer or device with installed software enabling web browsing and internet access.
- Use of the Website is free of charge.
- Registration on the Dla Lekarza portal takes place exclusively via the website https://cannamedical-pharma.pl and is intended to verify and eliminate individuals who do not possess the appropriate professional qualifications.
- To create a doctor account, the interested party must provide the following personal data:
- first name
- last name
- email address
- mobile phone number Personal Identification Number
- residential address: street, postal code, city
- Physician registration number
- Primary place of employment
- The account is created for an indefinite period.
- To ensure proper service provision, including ensuring contact with the doctor, the Service Provider will send short technical messages regarding reservations (in particular, registration confirmation or reminders about the event for which the patient has registered) to the email address and phone number provided by the doctor. For the avoidance of doubt, these messages do not constitute commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
- When using the Website, the physician is obligated to refrain from any actions that may hinder or disrupt the operation of the Website and to use the Website in a manner that does not cause inconvenience to other users.
Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damage caused by the Physician’s improper use of the Website, nor for any consequences resulting from third parties gaining possession of the Physician’s password and login, if this is due to the Physician’s negligence.
- The Service Provider is not liable for the quality of telecommunications services provided by telecommunications operators through which the Physician connects to the Internet to use the Website.
- The Physician may discontinue use of the Website at any time.
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide services via the Website at the highest level. In the event of any technical problems related to the operation of the Website beyond the Service Provider’s control, which may result in a potential interruption in access to online events, the Service Provider will provide access to the event after its conclusion, available on the Service Provider’s servers.
Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
- These Terms and Conditions are available at www.cannamed-pharma.pl in an electronic version, enabling their acquisition, reproduction, and recording via the IT system used by the Physician.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions if the need for amendments arises directly from changes in legal provisions or to improve the quality of the services provided. Physicians will be informed of changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting information about the changes on the Website. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall become effective within 14 days of their publication in the manner described in the preceding sentence.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Parties will endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms and Conditions and the services provided by the Parties through amicable means. Failing such a resolution, disputes will be resolved by a common court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 17 November 1964 – the Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1822, as amended).
